Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day
of July , 1976 . The following members were presen

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION M16- 411
APPROVING IMPERIAL HILLS CONTRACT WITH ARTEKA, INC. FOR GRADING AND SEEDING
WHEREAS, the fine grading, seeding and mulching of certain areas of Imperial Hills
Neighborhood Park have been deleted from the contract for construction of said
park;
AND, WHEREAS, Arteka, Inc. has proposed a contract in the amount of $1,714.00 to
complete said work to original contract specifications during a more favorable
season for such work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does accept the contract proposal of Arteka. Inc.
dated July 2, 1976 and in the amoung of $1,714.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seeded by
