CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are -War -meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso was a on the
26th day of July , 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 408
AUTHORIZING EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, IVANHOE WOODS
WHEREAS, the City proposes to implement the Minnesota Highway Department's proposed
plan for improving the intersection of Quaker Lane/CSAH 15/T.H. 55,
WHEREAS, in order to do so it is necessary that the City acquire Lots 1, and 2,
Block 1, Ivanhoe Woods,
WHEREAS, the Council finds it to be necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said property
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to commence proceedings in
eminent domain for the acquistion of Lots 1 and 2. Block 1, Ivanhoe Woods
for the purpose of improving the intersection of Quaker lane/CSAH 15/T.H. 55.
2. The City Clerk is driected to furnish a certified copy of this resolution to the
City Attorney for the purpose of commencing such proceeding.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by'Iswioteand upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
