CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of July , 19 76 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-406
ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain parcels owned by Hennepin County are being utilized for
highway purposes,
WHEREAS, the City has levied special assessments for sewer and/or water main
improvements on said parcels, and
WHEREAS, based on M.S.A. Section 435.19, Subdivision 1, wherein all lands used or
to be used for highway purposes are exempt for assessments except for storm sewer,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the assessments on the following parcels are hereby abated:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
