CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of July , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayer Hilde.__Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 405
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
t PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project flo. 607 has constructed sanitary
sewer and water force mains on the Soo Line Railroad right-of-way,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said
railroad for said sanitary sewer and water mains,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute the license
agreement with the Soo Line Railroad for the operation of sanitary sewer and
water mains on the railroad's right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of said license agreement be charged
to the project fund for Project No. 607, Bass Lake Area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following -voted in favor thereof: _"Rayar Hi7de, Councilmen Neils. Hunt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
