moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76.402
AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS
36TH AVENUE/ZACHART LANE/EAST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the Intersection of 35th Avenue and Zachary
Lane/East Medicine Lake Road relative to the placement of four way stop signs. and
WHEREAS, these roads are on the City's Thoroughfare Guide -Plan as thoroughfare
or collectors, and
WHEREAS, recent traffic counts reveal that all legs of the intersection have
approximately equal amounts of traffic in all directions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITU COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is directed to make the intersection of 35th Avenue
and Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Road a four way stop.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byrounrilman Hu, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
