Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 26th day
of July , 19 76 The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
Moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 400
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "SCHMIDT LAKE WEST" (A-664)
WHEREAS, Johnson/Ostrum have requested approval of the final plat of "Schmidt Lake
West", a plat for single family residential development consisting of 22 lots and
one outlot at the northwest corner of 49th Avenue North and Larch Lane and a
development contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Johnson/Ostrum for
final plat approval of "Schmidt Lake West", a plat for single family residential develop-
ment consisting of 22 lots and 1 outlot at the northwest corner of 49th Avenue North
and Larch Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
WunGilma , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
