Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day
of July 19 76. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76- 399
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MEADOW LAWN ESTATES 5th ADDITION"
FOR MARVIN H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION (A-600)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Meadow Lawn Estates 5th Addition" as requested by Marvin H. Anderson Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. A cash payment to the Park Dedication Fuad of $7,650 i.e. $150 X 51 lots.
2. Easements be incorporated as per the recommendations of the City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
