Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Field r,7- e 26th day

APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MEADOW LAWN ESTATES 5th ADDITION"
FOR MARVIN H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION (A-600)
WHEREAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction has requested approval of the final plat of
"Meadow Lawn Estates 5th Addition", a plat for single family residential development
consisting of 51 lots at the northeast corner of Zachary Lane end 39th Avenue North
and a development contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and have
made their recommendations;
AND, WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Marvin H. Anderson
Construction for final plat approval of "Meadow Lawn Estates 5th Addition", a plat
for single family residential development consisting of 51 lots at the northeast corner
of Zachary Lane and 39th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that a variance from the provisions of Section 7, Subdivision 7, paragraph 2e
of the Zoning Ordinance be granted (open space within a Subdivision Unit Project) based
on the unusual size and shape of the parcel and an overall average lot size of 18,701 sq.
ft.
AND, FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
