CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are�ltar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. rias held on the
26th day of July , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mavoj�-Hilde. Councilmen Neils. Seibold. Soaeth and Hunt

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 397
PETITION FOR UTILITIES - ARROWOOD PLAT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of sanitary sewer and water main
laterals and service lines, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter
and all necessary appurtenances for the proposed Arrowood plat (Plat 43711
Parcel 510) was filed with the Council on July 26, 1976 and is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by the owners of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed and said petitioner does hereby waive his rights to a public hearing
and requirements for preparation of a preliminary engineering report; and in
lieu thereof, the cost estimates and related assessment figures as presented
at the public hearing for Project No. 607 on February 23, 1976 will be utilized.
3. The improvements as herein outlined shall be incorporated with the plans and
specifications for Project No. 607.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by councilman Se__. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Ravor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
