(A-677) WHEREAS, Hillsborough Manor, Inc. has requested preliminary plat approval of "Arrowood", AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Hillsborough Manor, Inc. for preliminary plat approval of "Arrowood", subject to the following conditions: 1. City Engineer's recommendations be included in'the final plat. 2. Lots2 and 3 be adjusted to allow for 18,500 sq. ft. for each lot. 3. Petitioner pay a Park Dedication Fee of $2,240 which is equal to 10% of the market value of the land. 4. Lot numbers be assigned to each lot on the final plat. 5. Street names be changed to conform to the City's Street Naming System as follows: Arrowood Circle be changed to Arrowood Lane; Brian Circle be changed to Balsam Lane; and Cottonwood Circle be changed to Cottonwood Lane. 6. No driveways onto Zachary Lane or 53rd Avenue North be allowed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 owing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Hunt.
