RESOLUTION # 76- 396
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR "ARROWOOD" FROM
R -O TO R-1 FOR HILLSBOROUGH MANOR INC. (A-677)
WHEREAS, Hillsborough Manor, Inc. has requested rezoning of 'property at the southwest
corner of Zachary Lane and 53rd Avenue North known as "Arrowood;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission had recommended approval of said
request;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council on July 26, 1976 has approved said rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following actions prior to
publications of said Ordinance Amendment:
1. Final Plat approval of "Arrowood".
2. Availability of City sewer and water services to the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
