CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a r ulaarr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day
of July 1976 . The following members were present:

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION 1176- 395
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR CAROL H. FOLKESTAD TO CONTINUE
OPERATION OF A NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE CENTER FROM HER HOME (A-631)
WHEREAS. Carol H. Folkestad has requested a conditional use permit renewal for her
nursery school/day care center operation within her home at 15705 -6th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Carol H. Folkestad
for a conditional use permit renewal for her nursery school/day care center operation
within her home at 15705 -6th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. No outdoor sign be permitted.
2. Permit oe granted for one Year.
3. All applicable fire codes be complied with.
4. Conditional on the approval and/or certification of petitioner's operation by
any appropriate State and/or County agencies.
5. Parents be required to accompnay children to and from the classroom.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
