Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 394
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 518 PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 12, 1976 the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the Plymouth
Freeway Center Addition (legally described as that part of the NWIA of the SWh,
Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northerly of
State Trunk Highway 55 and westerly of Interstate Highway No. 494 and westerly of the
east line of the west 48.88 rods thereof) by the construction of sanitary sewer,
water main, 9, ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage'
facilities and all necessary facilities including previously constructed trunk facilities.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
1. A hearing shall be held on tie 23rd day of August, 1976 in the City Public Works
Building, 14900 23rd Avenue %orth at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given and opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The
Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described
in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
