RESOLUTION NO. 76- 393
SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 516 36TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, by a resolution of the Council passed on July 12, 1976
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving
36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to the west line of the Mission Ridge plat (west line of
the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14, Township 118,
Range 22) by the construction o bituminous streets rural section and necessary appurtenance
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. A hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of August ,1976 in the Council
Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard thereon with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk i!; hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
