Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar

Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was d on the26th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 391
SETTING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 504 ZACHARY LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 12, 1976
the City Clerk was directed to prepared a proposed assessment for the cost of
improving Zachary Lane between County Road 9 and 36th Avenue by the construction of an
initial 7 ton bituminous rural street section without concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, water main and all necessary appurtenances, and previously installed trunk water
main facilities,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 23rd day ofAugust, 1976 in the Council
Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
thereon with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall alpo cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
