The following m<nbers were present: Mayor Hilde eounciImn 1hint @Fails e9ihniri And Spaath The following members were absent: None �* im rr• Councilma introduced the following Resolution and move is a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 369 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 501 FERNBROOK LANE WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 12, 1976 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and approximately 1.000 feet north (north line of Lot 1. Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition) by the construction of a 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage structures and all..necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing'shall be held on the 23rd day of August 1976 in the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby -directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll_ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: "Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
