CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of July 1976 . The following members were

APPROVING ON -SALE AND OFF -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR
AND SET-UP LICENSES FOR THE APPLE BLOSSOM INN
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale and Off-SAle Nonintoxicating
Malt Liquor and Set -Up Licenses have been received from the Apple Blossom
Inn for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accord-
ance with Chapter III, Sections 3 and 5, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that On -Sale and Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor and Set -Up
Licenses be renewed for the Apple Blossom Inn for a period to expire
June 30, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
