The following members were present: ng rrt irr�* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-386 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR PLYMOUTH BAPTIST CHURCH (A-327) WHEREAS, Plymouth Baptist Church has requested renewal of their conditional use permit to use a temporary steel building for temporary classrooms on their site at 13030 -47th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reivewed said request and has made recom- mendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Plymouth Baptist Church for renewal of a conditional use permit to continue the use of a temporary steel building for temporary classrooms on their site at 13030 -47th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit be for a period of two years. 2. Recommendations of the Chief Building Official as per the memorandum of July 2, 1976 be complied with prior to renewal of the permit. Said compliance shall take place within 60 days of the date of this reoslution approving said renewal or the renewal shall become null and void. 3. At such time as the two-year period expires (to begin the date of this resolution) the temporary building shall be removed or made permanent. 4. The temporary structure shall be anchored to the ground within 60 days of the day of this resolution approving said renewal of the conditional use permit or said renewal shall become null and void. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the Tollowlng voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilda. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. ine 1`011owing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
