HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-384CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of July , 1976 . The following members were present: Mavor.Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-384 ORDERING STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION WOOD CREEK ADDITION WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 17th day of May, 1976, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed street light installation for the Wood Creek Addition, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on June 7, 1976, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 26, 1976. 2. The street light on East Medicine Lake Boulevard be changed from an overhead pole to a 175 watt custom residential light. 3. That the location of the light proposed for the Wellington Lane cul-de-sac be moved across the street from the entrance to the cul-de-sac. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as Engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work with NSP.
