Councilman S eth Introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 076-383
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY TRAILER OFFICE IN AN I-1 zONING
DISTRICT FOR FLUIUM ENGINEERING CORPORATION (A-673)
WHEREAS, F1uiDyne Engineering Corporation has requested a conditional use permit to
utilize a trailer for office use for a period of one year at the southwest corner of
I-494 and 49th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Co®ission has reviewed said request and recommends
its aprpoval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA. that it should and hereby does approve the request of F1uiDyne Engineering
Corporation for a conditional use peruit to utilize a trailer for office use for a period
of one year at the southwest corner of 1-494 and 49th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken therein, the
