"oj owp�p"emjePea Hint, inOld and Spaeth TTiiile ffo1l owing membbers were a sent• None C9uncilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION #76- 381 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR RING CONSTRUCTION CO. (A-561) WHEREAS, Ring Construction Co. has requested a division of existing parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Lot 4, Block 4 "MIP" and that portion of Lot 3 described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Northeast line of said Lot 3, distant 75 feet Southeasterly as measured along said Northeast line from the Northeast corner of Lot 3, thence Southwesterly along a course perpendicular to said Northeast line of said Lot 3 to the West line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. To be divided into two parcels as follows: Parrol C That part of Lot 4 lying South of the North 308.73 feet thereof and that part of Lot 3 lying North of a line described 75 feet Southeasterly as measured along said Northeast line from the Northeast corner of Lot 3, thence Southwesterly along a course perpendi- cular to said Northeast line of said Lot 3 to the West line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. All in Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof. Parcel B That portion of Lot 4 lying north of the North 308.73 feet thereof all in Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo lowing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, ine T01iowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
