Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was re e d on t e 26th day
of July , 19 76 . The following members were present:
VN or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt • introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76- 380
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR STEVENS-LEE CO. (A-561)
WHEREAS, Stevens -Lee Co. has requested approval of a conditional use permit to
operate a manufacturing and assembly plant for milk dispensing machines to be
located at the northeast corner of County Road 6 and Xenium Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recoAnended
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYPWH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Stevens -Lee Co. for
a conditional use permit to operate a manufacturing and assembly plant for milk -dis-
pensing machines to be located at the northeast corner of County Road 6 and Xenium
Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
0 lowing vote in favor thereof: Ma or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. !Neil;.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
