Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day
of July , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76- 374
HIRING CONSULTANTS FOR FINAL PLAT OF BLOCK 2. "PLYMOUTH CENTER" (A-90
WHEREAS, the City Council has sought proposals for planning services for the
preparation of a final plat of Block 2, "Plymouth Center";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposal for services for the preparation of the final plat
for Block 2, "Plymouth Center" submitted by Wehrman-Chapman, Inc. be, and the same
is, hereby accepted.
FURTHER, that the sum of $1,775.00 be transferred from the Contingency Fund Account
(101-190-899) to the Planning Department Consulting Fund (101-120-804) for the purpose
of disbursement for the services authorized hereby.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon. the
