CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call art notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was neld on the 12th day
of July 19_7L. The following members were present:

Sqjbold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 373
INSTRUCTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR
THE BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION 1977 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission has submitted to this
Council its 1977 proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Manager be instructed to provide within
the 1977 City General Fund budget the sum of $17,194 representing Plymouth's
share of the proposed 1977 Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission budget.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followiing voted inavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
Tne following voted against or abstained:—None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
