Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a��ci meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hell o� n tie 12th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-371
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 516
36TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of 36th Avenue from Zachary
Lane to the west line of the Mission Ridge plat (west line of the East Half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14, Township 118, Range 22)
by the construction of bituminous streets rural section and necessary appurtenances
and the contract price for such improvement is $ 20,848.00 and the expenses
incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 6,014.00
so that the total cost of the improvement will be $26,862.00 and of this cost
the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$ 26,862,00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculated
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coup il�man Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
t�aoll`owing voted in favor —Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils.
