• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, an'

Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was on the 12th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 368
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of. Nathan Lane between County
Road 9 and 49th Avenue by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street, concrete curb
and gutter with related storm sewer construction between County Road 9 and 45th Avenue
and revisions to the Frontage Road at County Road 9; and gravel base construction between
45th Avenue and 49th Avenue, and the contract price for such improvement is $87,411.00
and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount
to $167,593.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 255,004.00.
and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost,
.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$255,004.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every ,
assessable.lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregairg Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follawing votea in Tavor t!sereof:
Seibold and Spaeth Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
