Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspp�i meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of July '19_Z§ . The following members were present: Mavor.Hilde. Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-367 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and approximately 1000 feet north (north line of Lot 1, Block 2 Fox Meadows First Addition) by the construction of a 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage structures and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such impwovement is $69,531.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the ming of said improvement amount to $16,483.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $86,014.00 and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be sper-'ally assessed is hereby declared to be $ 86,014.00. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer,•shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without .regard to cash valuation,•as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the.foregoing Resolution was duly seconded ' by Councilman Seihnid and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Hild _ Counfilmen Nnils. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
