CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
12th day of July , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 366
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION
DELINQUENT UTILITIES LEVY NO. 6107
WHEREAS, the City assessed plat 44282, parcel 1500 in the amount of $458.40 for
delinquent utilities under Levy 6107, and
WHEREAS, $241.68 of the amount levied against 44282-1500 under Levy 6107 should
have been assessed against 44282-4500, and
WHEREAS, $241.68 was overcharged against 44282-1500, and said excess assessment was
collected by the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That a refund be made for plat 44282 parcel 1500 in the amount of $241.68 which
was improperly placed against the parcel under Levy 6107.
2. That the amount of $241.68 be levied against plat 44282 parcel 4500 for delinquent
utilities when the assessment roll for 1976 delinquent utilities is adopted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
The -following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
