CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held -on the
12th day of July , 19 7t; The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76- 363
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 b FINAL
PROJECT NO. 401-001 LANCASTER LANE LIFT STATION
WHEREAS. the City of Plymouth. as Owner, and Northern Contracting Company, as
Contractor, entered into an Agreement to construct Sanitary Sewer Lift Station
No. 3, said Agreement being dated December S. 1974, and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the Final Request for Payment,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $129.867.00 and that Change Orders No. 1 and
2 were approved in the amount of $715.00 making a revised contract amount of
$130.582.00 and that the final contract amount is $130,582.00.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 401-001 and certified to
the Council by the Engineer as acceptable be and the same is hereby accepted as of
July 12, 1976. The Contractor is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the Performance Bond, any and all legal rights of the Owner,
required guarantees and Correction of Faulty Work after Final Payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 b Final in the amount of $14,579.00 to Northern Contracting
Company for Project No. 401-001, Lancaster Lane Lift Station is hereby approved and
the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
