Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
oved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NQ. 76-362
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
1976 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Qonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
to Nardrives, Inc. in the amount of S 145,243.66 for the 1976 Street
Improvement Project.
