RESOLUTION NO. 76- 360
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
BASS LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 607
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
in the amount of $ 197,726.41 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project No. 607,
Bass Lake Area Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rnnncilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: __Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Tee' o ow ng voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
