Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �pe�� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day

RESOLUTION NO. 76-355
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - FERNDALE NORTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers, as developers of the Ferndale North Addition havesubmitted
a petition requesting the installation of ornamental street lighting in the Ferndale
North Addition,
NOW -.HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, .
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Ferndale North Addition by
the installation of ornamental residential street lighting, filed with the
Council on July 12, 1976, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity
to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advisina the Council in a preliminary way
ab to whether the proposed improvement is feasibi and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
