Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a secial� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day
of July , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 353
APPROVING ACCESS FOR PARCELS A. B, C AND D OF R.L.S. #1344 TO COUNTY ROAD #6 AND
AMENDING CONDITIONS 2 AND 3 OF RESOLUTION #72-413 AS SUCH
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul O'Brien, owner of Parcel A, R.L.S. 1344 and Mr. John Yngve, owner
of Parcels B, C and D, R.L.S. 1344 have requested resolution to the access situation
to County Road 6 from said R.L.S.;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has offerred its
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does amend Resolution #72-413 as follows with
respect to access for said R.L.S.:
Substitute for condition #2:
Parcel A, R.L.S. #1344 be allowed to directly access to County Road 6
eliminating the road easement along the south side of Parcel A.
Substitute for condition #3:
Parcels B, C and D to be accessed to County Road 6 via the cul-de-sa(
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
