CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 12th day of Jul , 19 76 . The following members were present: Mayor e, ouncilmen Aeils,_Seibold and Spaeth The o owing members were absent: Councilman Hunt Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved i s aTo p ti on: RESOLUTION NO. 76-351 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 610 LANCASTER LANE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 7th day of June, 1976 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 1) The Place Apartments: That part of Lot 1 lying in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13 and lying southerly and westerly of a line described as beginning at a point in the easterly line of Lot 1 distance 448.63 feet southerly from the most norterly corner thereof; thence west at right angles 300.0 feet; thence deflect right 768 to the northerly line of Lot 1 and lying northerly of a line described as commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1; thence northerly along the westerly line thereof a distance of 567.33 feet to point of beginning; thence eastgrly deflect right 98 27' 35" a distance of 298.33 feet; thence easterly deflect 21 22' a distance of 178.90 feet; thence easterly to a point on the easterly line of Lot 1 distance 582.15 feet northerly along said easterly line from the southeast corner thereof and that part of Lot 1 lying in the west half of the Southeast Quarter Section 13, Township 118, Range 22: 2) Metro- Riley: Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1; hence Northerly along the westerly line thereof 567.33 feet; thence deflect right 98 27' 35" distance 298.33 feet; thence deflect sight 210 22' distance 178.90 feet to actual point of beginning; thence deflect right 78 26' distance 290.79 feet; thence Southerly to a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 1 distance 462.77 feet Easterly as measured along the Southerly line thereof to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Easterly along the Southerly line thereof to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Easterly line thereof 582.15 feet; thence westerly to beginning, 3) Four Seasons: That part of Lot 1 lying north of the South 562 feet thereof and the South 562 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition all in Section 13, Township 118, Range 22; the property is generally located'' on the west side of Lancaster Lane between 36th and 39th Avenues, by the installation of storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances WHEREAS,ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of July, 1976, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed n the Council resolution adopted June 7, 1976. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. Resolution No. 76-0 • Page 2 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
