Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a e ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day
of June , 19 76. The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-349
APPROVING OFF -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants (see
Appendix A) for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be renewed
for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
—Councilman Soaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
