Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-348
APPROVING ON -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses
have been received from the attached list of applicants (see Appendix A) for
consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Chapter
III, Section 3, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be renewed for the
listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in -favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
