Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-347
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES
19TH AVENUE NORTH AND MERRIMAC LANE -
WHEREAS, this Council prohibited parking in certain areas adjacent to 19th
Avenue North and Merrimac Lane by Resolution No. 75-395, and
WHEREAS, residents and a business in the vicinity of 19th Avenue North and
Merrimac Lane are continuing to experience inconvenience by cars
parked during various hours of the day and nights, and
WHEREAS the City staff has recommended the designation of a no parking zone
as a solution to this problem;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following area be posted "no parking at anytime":
the north and south sides of 19th Avenue North between State Highway
101 and Merrimac Lane; the east side of Merrimac Lane from the inter-
section of 19th Avenue North to the southerly property line (712.03 ft.)
of the Plymouth Colony Apartments and the west side of Merrimac Lane
from the intersection of 19th Avenue southerly 440 ft.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman n , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
