Seibold_and Spaeth _ The fo ]owing members were a sent: .n"n -ilman Neils *tit *r* ssr Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move is adoption: RESOLUTION #76- 346 DENYING REQUEST OF BLUE JAY RENTAL ENTERPRISES FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A RENTAL BUSINESS IN A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT (A-614) WHEREAS, Blue Jay Rental Enterprises, Inc. (Wm. Jasper) has petitioned for approval of a conditional use permit to operate an equipment rental business at the northwest corner of South Shore Drive and Highway 55; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said petition and has offerred its recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does deny the petition of Blue Jay Rental Enter- prises (Wm. Jasper) to operate a rental business at the northwest corner of South Shore Drive and Highway 55; FURTHER, that such denial is based on the following reasons and findings: The proposed use is not consistent with those uses Permitted and Permitted by Conditional Use Permit in the B-3 Zoning District. 2. The proposed use will be injurious to properties in the area adjacent to such use by nature of the required outdoor storage of miscellaneous vehicles and equipment.
