Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day
of June , " 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a— opt on:
RESOLUTION #76- 345
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO RECORDING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MISSION HILLS" FOR MISSION
WEST DEVELOPMENT CO. (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Mission Hills" (Formerly Mission Trails) as requested by Mission West Development
Co.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
Utility and drainage easements provided to the City as per the City Engineer's
recommendations.
2. Balsam Lane be changed to Arrowood Lane as per City Street Naming Policy.
3. Street grades and design to City Engineering Department standards.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Seibold
The following voted against orabstained: Councilman Spaeth abstained
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
