HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-343W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of June , 19 76 . The following members were present: Magor Hilae, ounc men flunf, Spaeth and Seibold The following members were absent: Councilman Neils Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-343 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE REPAIR AND SERVICE SHOP FOR CAMERAS AND PROJECTOR EQUIPMENT FOR CARISCH THEATRES IN A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT (A-208) WHEREAS, Carisch Theatres (Jerry Carisch) has requested a conditional use permit to operate a repair and service shop for cameras and projector equipment used by his theatres within the Kreatz Bros. building located at the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Carisch Theatres (Jerry Carisch) for a conditional use permit to operate a repair and service shop for cameras and projector equipment used by his theatres within the Kreatz Bros. building located at the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and 12th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Conditional use permit be for one year. 2. No signs other than on the facade of the building as presently constructed. 3. No outside storage of equipment, materials or waste. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cquncilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the tol lowing voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
