Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ie on the 28th day
of June , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 342
APPROVING RENEWAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A DOG GROOMING SERVICE
HOME OCCUPATION FOR LORRAINE H. BEAM AT 11624 HIGHWAY 55 (A-277)
WHEREAS, Lorraine H. Beam has requested renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to operate
a dog grooming service home occupation within her residence at 11624 Highway 55;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the renewal of a conditional use
permit for Lorraine H. Beam to operate a dog grooming service home occupation within
her residence at 11624 Highway 55 for one year subject to the following condition:
No advertising signs be allowed on the property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:—Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold, Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
