CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held—on the 21st day
of June 19 76 The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-340
SETTING SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING FOR JULY 12, 1976
WHEREAS, the first Monday of each month is scheduled as a regular Council
meeting, and
WHEREAS, Monday, July 5, 1976, is to be observed as the Independence Day
holiday,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Council set a special Council meeting for
Monday, July 12, 1976, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Council Chambers,
14900 Twenty-third Avenue North, Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Hilde and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted In favor thereof: Miyor Hilde,_Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and S aeth.
The Y o owing voted aga nst or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
