10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ranular rueting of the City
Council of the City of Plymmuth, ftinnesota`, was held on the 21st day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-335 _
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6
PROJECT NO. 514 GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Request .for Payment No. 6 has been prepared by 8onestroo. Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates. Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 6 in the amount
of $ 72,082.40 to Nodland Associates, Inc: for Project No. 514. Greentree West
Addition.
The motion for the adaption of the Resolution was duly seconded by _
