Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 334
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 8
PROJECT NO. 513 TH 55 SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8 has been prepared bq Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 8
to Austin P. Keller Construction Company in the amount of $ 22,566.69 for _
Project No. 513, T.H. 55 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor.
