Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
21st day of June , 19 76 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 976-331
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 FOR IMPERIAL HILLS PILOT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Beckman, Yoder and Associates
and payment is recommended by Staff,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED'BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 2
in the amount of $13,794.34 to Arteka, Inc. for Imperial Hills Neighborhood Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils.

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
