C)uncilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
F;..' its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-336
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR IMPERIAL HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order #2 has been prepared and submitted by Arteka, Inc, which
provides for a reduction in the amount of landscape materials and an increase
in the amount of sod for the site;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Planner recommends approval of Change Order #2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve Change Order #2 for Imperial Hills
Neighborhood Park as requested by Arteka resulting in no net change in the dollar
amount of the full contract for the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Affim.ounci an Seibold •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o .owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Neils.
