Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day

RESOLUTION NO. 76-329
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
FOR REPAIR OF A CIVIL DEFENSE WARNING SIREN
WHEREAS, a recent inspection has determined that the Civil Defense warning
siren at Armstrong Senior High School is inoperative, and
WHEREAS, the Civil Defense Director has recommended the immediate repair
of the siren,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City staff is hereby authorized to utilize $1,180.00 from the
Contingency account (101-190-899) for the repair of a Civil Defense
warning siren at Armstrong Senior High School.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
