' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular uaeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, telinneseta, was field on the 21st day
of June 1976 The foilc.wing members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-324
SIGNALS T.H. 55/C.R. 73 AGREEMENT NO. 57355
WHEREAS, the Qty of Plymouth and the Minnesota Highway Department have entered into.
Cooperative Agreement No. 57355 to participate in the cost, maintenance and operation
of a signal system with street lights at-T.H. 55 and County Road 73 (South Shore Drive)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved participation in the amount of_$13,250.00 based on
the Minnesota Highway Department's estimate and'
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has completed said work and the City's share
is $19,382.90.
'NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CJTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
that the Finance Director is authorized to pay the Minnesota Highway.Department $19,382.90
(Invoice #67731 dated June 16, 1976) to cover the City's 25% plus 6%'engineering•costs
for said signal system.
