Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregglar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
?IqL_ day of June , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mamr Hilde. Councilmen Nei s, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mem rs were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-322
APPROVING THE PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEITED PARCELS IN THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 282
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a list of tax forfeit parcel,„
legally described as Plat 44210, Parcel 2402 and Plat 43735, Parcel 4653,
located in the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 282, these parcels must be
approved by the Plymouth City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 282, Plat
44210, Parcel 2402 and Plat 43735, Parcel 4655, are hereby authorized for
public sale by Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote bring taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: '-'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
