RESOLUTION #76- 321
PERMITTING CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE ON LOT 2, WILLIAMS' WOODS, AND AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF A PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO SERVE SAID LOT (A-375)
WHEREAS, the developer of Williams' Woods, Mr. William Williams, has requested a
building permit and private sewage system for Lot 1, Williams' Woods, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Resolutions #73-355 and #74-345 placed restrictions
on said Lot 2 relative to future development and private sewage disposal systems, and;
WHEREAS, Mr. Williams is requesting that he be allowed to construct a home on Lot 2
with a private disposal system inasmuch as the date for construction of City sanitary
sewer service to serve said property has not been determined and is contingent on the
development of the adjacent property to the east,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Mr. William Williams be permitted to construct a house on Lot 2,
Williams' Woods,. and be further authorized to install a private disposal system to
serve said lot subject to the following:
1. Mr. Williams furnish the City an updated report indicating the soil can adequately
handle a third private system, and if it ran,
2. The design of the proposed system.
3. When City sanitary sewer is available to Lots 1, 2 and 3 that the private systems
for Lots 1, 2 and 3 be discontinued and the dwellings be connected to the City
sanitary sewer system within 60 days.
4. That the development contract A-375 and Addendums be amended to reflect this
action.
